Complaints & appeals

Use this form to raise an operational complaint about our service, to appeal a certification decision, or to report (including anonymously) that a certified organisation is misusing the Charter Mark or has seriously breached the standard it was certified against. We acknowledge submissions and follow the process set out in our Certification Rules § 8. Appeals are reviewed independently of the original decision wherever practicable.
