Already EU AI Act compliant?
Certify your Human Value Alignment in less time.
The Human Values Framework's first seven points align closely with what the EU AI Act and GDPR already address. If you can evidence existing conformity, you complete only points 8, 9, and 10 — the authorship / IP, cultural-diversity, and lifecycle-stewardship criteria — and skip re-proving what you've already done.
Free, ~5 minutes, no account required.
Who qualifies?
The Fast Track is open to organisations that genuinely already meet their EU AI Act obligations and can evidence that with one of the following:
- CE mark + EU Declaration of ConformityStrongest
Shown as "CE mark (declared)" on your public register entry.
- ISO/IEC 42001 certificateStrong
Shown as "ISO/IEC 42001 (declared)" on your public register entry.
- Signed self-declaration of EU AI Act conformityAccepted
Shown as "self-declared" — carries less external assurance than a third-party certificate.
What Sacred Logic™ assesses
On the Fast Track, Sacred Logic™ performs a documentary check of your conformity credential, then assesses only the three framework points your existing compliance does not cover:
- Points 1–7 — accepted on the basis of declared EU AI Act conformity & documentary evidence; not independently re-audited by Sacred Logic™
- 1Human Agency and Oversight(full route only)
- 2Technical Robustness and Safety(full route only)
- 3Privacy and Data Governance(full route only)
- 4Transparency and Explicability(full route only)
- 5Accountability and Governance(full route only)
- 6Fairness, Non-Discrimination and Accessibility(full route only)
- 7Societal and Environmental Well-Being(full route only)
- Points 8–10 — assessed by Sacred Logic™ against the Human Values Framework
- 8Creative and Intellectual Authorship Integrityassessed by Sacred Logic™
- 9Cultural and Epistemic Diversityassessed by Sacred Logic™
- 10Proportionality and Lifecycle Stewardshipassessed by Sacred Logic™
Points 1–7 rely on your own declared EU AI Act conformity. Sacred Logic™ checks your credential documentarily but does not independently verify or audit that conformity — it remains your responsibility.
Benefits
- Three combined proofs instead of ten — far less to assemble.
- A faster route to a Charter Mark without duplicating existing compliance work.
- Lower cost and effort of preparation.
- Your public register entry is transparent: it shows the basis you relied on (CE mark, ISO 42001, or self-declared) and states that only points 8–10 were Sacred Logic™ assessed.
- The same human validation step applies — your mark is issued by a Sacred Logic™ assessor, not auto-generated.
Important limits
- Open only to organisations that genuinely already meet their EU AI Act obligations.
- Sacred Logic™ does not independently verify or re-audit your Act conformity — that responsibility remains yours.
- A self-declared basis carries less external assurance than a CE mark or ISO/IEC 42001 certificate, and is shown as such on your register entry.
- The standard applied to points 8–10 is the same as the full route — the Fast Track does not lower the bar.
- The Charter Mark still requires the same human validation of points 8–10 before it is issued.
- Not a statutory EU AI Act conformity assessment — this is a voluntary AI assurance scheme consistent with Article 95 of the EU AI Act.
