Part A — EU AI Act risk profile

Does the system fall into a banned category (social scoring, manipulative/subliminal techniques, real-time biometric surveillance in public by law enforcement, etc.)?

Does it make or materially influence decisions with legal/significant effect on people (hiring, credit, healthcare access, law enforcement, education, migration, biometric identification)?

Does it interact directly with end users (e.g. chatbot, recommendation engine, content generator), even without deciding anything of legal/significant effect?
